How Sports Picture Day Works
Sports picture day should be organized, efficient, and easy for athletes, coaches, and parents.
Every athlete is photographed during their scheduled picture time, and there is no need for parents to place an order or make a payment that day. I use a streamlined system that allows me to photograph each player quickly while still providing multiple poses and professionally lit images.
After picture day, each athlete receives a private online gallery where families can view their images before deciding what they would like to purchase. Galleries may include individual images, team photos, specialty products, and other options depending on the organization.

Need Help Accessing Your Athlete’s Photos?
Each athlete is assigned a private access code that connects them to their online gallery. Access information is typically provided through the team, coach, organization, or picture-day materials.
If you did not receive an access code, misplaced it, or are having trouble viewing your child’s photos, please contact me directly.
When reaching out, please include:
- The athlete’s full name
- Team or organization name
- School's Name and Grade
- A parent or guardian’s name
- The best email address to use
This information helps me locate the correct gallery and make sure the access code is only provided to the appropriate family.
